Used but no damage. Sounds awesome! The thin-body is way more comfortable than a traditional acoustic. The neck and fretboard are excellent. The finish is beautiful. Comes in a nice new hard case. The case is sized for more of a traditional thickness, but it's very nice and I just put a towel in the bottom and the guitar fits great. Should make someone very happy. Thx for looking
