Great replacement/upgrade cap. Cornell Dubilier Electronics, Inc. acquired the Orange Drop® film capacitor product lines in October 2012. This is a .047uF/600V, marked "473J". Body 30mm x 15mm. 1.155" Long, .627" Tall, .364" Thick, 1.951" Long Lead. .047uF is the modern equivalent of the old .05uF capacitors used in Fender Teles, Strats, basses and in the signal section of amps, too. It is made from polypropylene and aluminum foil with solid tinned copper (as opposed to copper clad steel...) leads for the ultimate in high pulse current and high RMS current capability.
