Tool fixture used to check/test Simplex 3 tier unit pneumatics. Designed to be clamped in a vise for ease of use. Attach unit pneumatic with the screws from the deck (those screws are not included since presumably you will have some from your stack), supply suction to the 1/2" connector, open & close 5/32" connector (recommend attaching 2' of trackerbar tubing to more accurately simulate use in the stack) and verify the pneumatic is working like it should. This will help your rebuild process by allowing you to see if any need additional work before assembling the stack and finding out you have a problem with one note (or more). There is an internal bleed (#71 size), mounted in a removable strip of fiberboard. An extra strip is included so you can mount and use a bleed from your stack if so desired. This may be important as some Simplex players used leather for pouches and some used pneumatic cloth - thus had different size bleeds). A leather gasket to go between the jig and the pneumatic is included (my old pneumatic in the pics is not included, just there for demonstration purposes) but is not glued down in case you already have gaskets mounted to your pneumatics (a gasket to gasket seal is not ideal).
